I would like to thank you for EZ-DBR. I have been a dealer for over 25 years and have tried numerous back office systems. Most took a degree in computer science to understand and left me no option to allow an employee to learn the system because they were so difficult.

While at the Mobil convention in Vegas I reluctantly took a copy of your software just for fun. I gave up a long time ago on back room systems and was doing my books by hand for all of my locations. What a surprise I got when I started up EZ-DBR. It was exactly what we needed and could not be any easier to operate. I was doing my daily books from day one with no problems and after setting up receivables I turned the job over to my site managers and never looked back.

To my surprise the best part was still to come. In the past I had support questions with other companies and was always made to feel stupid by an impatient support person. They could never resolve any issue that was not a standard question, I would get frustrated and stop using the system. You can imagine how worried I was the first time I had to make a support call. I called and had a question the person could not answer. I thought "here I go again", but no instead I get a call from you personally and got my issue resolved. What a surprise, not only did you take care of my problem but called me back a week later to make sure I was happy and all was well. With that said once again I want to thank you and your company for a simple to use great product and a quality customer support team.
